Snake and Ladder
Snakes and Ladders is a centuries-old Indian board game that has earned recognition as a global classic. Typically played by two or more participants, the game is played on a square grid of numbered spaces. The board is decorated with a series of ladders and snakes, each connecting different squares—ladders offer shortcuts, while snakes create obstacles. The primary goal is to move your game piece from the starting square at the bottom to the final square at the top, driven by the outcome of die rolls. Your progress can be boosted by climbing ladders or slowed down by sliding down snakes, adding an element of chance and strategy to the game. To play, press the “space” bar on your keyboard or click/tap the “roll” button to roll the dice and advance your piece accordingly.
